Galaxy Digital Holdings Ltd. is poised for a significant milestone with its planned Nasdaq listing on May 16, 2025. The move, contingent on shareholder approval and Nasdaq’s final nod, underscores the firm’s strategic expansion into U.S. markets.

A shareholder vote on May 9, 2025, will determine the fate of the reorganization plan, which would see Galaxy Digital Inc., a newly formed Delaware entity, trade under the ticker "GLXY." The Toronto Stock Exchange listing remains unaffected, maintaining the current CUSIP number.
